While a therapist works to understand the “why”, referring to uncovering why certain behaviors and patterns occur.
Therapists spend a lot of time digging into the past, whereas life coaches are very future-focused.

Each program includes weekly 60-minute sessions. However, we can adjust the cadence and time frame depending on your individualized game plan.
